How Do I Get Started?

Initial Consultation

It begins with a conversation with our highly trained staff. You'll have questions and so will we. Our mission is to help you make an informed decision on treatments, and map out a plan together.

Personalized Program

Once we know your symptoms and health objectives, we'll custom design your optimization program based on your lifestyle and specific situation, to help ensure your body has all the fuel it needs for you to achieve your goals.

Ongoing Treatments

At your own pace and on a schedule that fits your budget, we'll work together to adjust your treatments to ensure that you become the healthiest, most energetic, and alive version of you.

General

What is The Vitamin Suite?

The Vitamin Suite is a luxury concierge wellness company that delivers nurse-administered IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, and preventative wellness services directly to you — at home, at the office, at your hotel, or at your event throughout the DMV area.

Who administers the treatments?

All treatments are administered by licensed, registered nurses (RNs) with clinical experience. Every session is conducted with the same standard of care you would expect in a medical setting.

Where do you provide services?

We serve Washington D.C., Maryland (including Prince George's County, Montgomery County, and Southern Maryland), and Northern Virginia. We come to your location — no clinic visit required.

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our website using the "Book An Appointment" button, or contact us by phone or email. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day appointments may be available depending on nurse availability in your area.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Treatments & Safety

Is IV therapy safe?

Yes. IV therapy administered by licensed nurses is safe for most healthy adults. During your consultation, our nurses review your health history and goals to recommend the most appropriate treatment.

How long does a session take?

Most IV drip sessions take between 45 and 75 minutes. NAD+ infusions may take 2 to 4 hours. Our nurses will give you a precise time estimate when you book.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects are rare. Some clients experience mild discomfort at the IV site. Our nurses monitor you throughout the session and are trained to handle any reactions.

Who is not a candidate for IV therapy?

IV therapy may not be appropriate for individuals with certain kidney conditions, heart failure, or specific allergies. Our nurses conduct a health screening before every session to ensure your safety.

Pricing & Packages

How much does IV therapy cost?

Pricing varies by treatment. Individual IV drip sessions start at $150. We also offer monthly wellness packages for clients who want regular treatments at a discounted rate. Visit our Pricing page for full details.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a cash-pay wellness service and do not bill insurance directly. Some clients use HSA or FSA funds for eligible treatments. We can provide a receipt for your records.

Do you offer group or event pricing?

Yes! We offer special rates for corporate wellness events, bachelorette parties, sports teams, and other group bookings. Contact us for a custom quote.
